Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle? (e.g., Pro → Team)
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and the unused portion of the previous plan is prorated and credited toward the new charge.
Is payment by credit card only?
Yes, we accept credit card payments. If you need an alternative payment method, please reach out via our contact form.
When am I billed?
Billing is prepaid. If not cancelled by the day before the period ends, it auto-renews. Monthly plans charge for the first month at signup and auto-renew on the same day each month. Annual plans charge for the full year upfront and auto-renew on the same day each year. Mid-term purchases (credits, additional members) are charged immediately as the difference.
Can I get an invoice reissued?

Can credits be allocated per member in a team?
Yes. You can allocate credits to individual members from the admin dashboard and adjust the distribution based on usage.
Is there an annual contract? Can I cancel mid-term or is there a minimum number of seats?
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum seat requirement — you can start with just one person.
What's the difference between Pro and Team plans?
The Team plan includes all Pro features plus prompt/template sharing, invoice billing (upon request), member usage management, and other features optimized for organizational use.
